Using your registered American Express Card, you must spend $25 or more at one or more participating small business merchants between 11/27/2010 and 12/31/2010 to receive the $25 statement credit.

Eligible merchants include any independently owned small businesses that accept the American Express Card.  Purchases made online, at large, national chains, at franchised business locations and at government agencies are not eligible.  Prepaid and corporate cards and ExpressPay transactions are not eligible.

I signed up for this offer and used my registered American Express card at a local restaurant. I checked my online statement and noticed a $25 credit back for the purchase on that day. Great deal!

I used my card at a locally owned store, and have not seen any credit yet. How long does it take ?

@Joyce. You’d need to spend at least $25 in one single transaction. The credit should show up soon. If you do not receive it after a week, give American Express a call.
