Click Commerce (CKCM) is being acquired by Illinois Tool Works

Illinois Tool Works Buying Click Commerce
ITW is paying CKCM shareholders $22.75 per share in cash. I’m currently a shareholder and planning to hold my shares until the payout. Unfortunately, my average cost per share is a little higher than $22.75, but at least I recoup most of my money.
